My Approach to Therapy

My approach to therapy provides me the opportunity to partner with clients on their path toward finding their authentic selves. I specialize in working with young and adult women suffering from depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, and insecurity. In addition to these specialties, I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with religious shame and related emotional concerns.
